Camera+ is one of the first and the best Camera replacement, Image Editor and Photo Filter I’ve known. The new version of Camera+ added the iOS 8 style Manual Camera Control. This includes control over focus, exposure compensation, shutter speed, ISO and White Balance. All can be adjusted just be swiping a wheel adjustment.

Now, normally you will need to fork £1.99/$2.99 at the App Store to get Camera+, but Apple is running a promotional event to give it away for FREE! This is not a trick as I’ve tried it myself.
So, if you want to get yourself a FREE Camera+, just follow these steps:
1. First download (if you haven’t got one) the Apple Store app (this is also FREE).

2. Open the app and tap on the Stores tab (third from the left at the bottom). Then scroll down a little bit until you see the Promotion Page.

3. Tap on the Camera+ icon.

4. Tap on the ‘Download now for free‘ link at the bottom and tap on Continue to confirm.

5. You will then be transferred to the App Store where you will be given a Promo Code. Tap on the Redeem button to start your FREE download!

6. Done! You are now a proud owner of the cool Camera+.

It’s possible. But Apple doesn’t state it very clearly. So you don’t see the promo in your Apple Store app?

Hey have any of you tried the Original Camera Plus, with features such as AirSnap( pairs any 2 iOS devices where 1 acts as a remote and the other as a capture device) and Lumy (an intelligent light adjuster) various effects and filters etc.
